Counseling

Ursula Kindt
Hi! I'm Ms. Kindt and I'm so excited to be part of Bayless. I am thrilled to be a school counselor in our Junior High.
I graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Master of Education in Counseling.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to new coffee shops, and more! I look forward to getting to know and helping all students and stakeholders.

Megan Vaninger
Hello, I’m Mrs. Vaninger, and I am excited to be a Junior Broncho! I have spent the last three years as a part of the Bayless community and am so excited to now be a counselor at the Jr High.
I graduated from Missouri State University Springfield with my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Lindenwood University with my Master’s Degree in School Counseling. Prior to becoming a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for eight years.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and traveling to new places. I look forward to meeting and working with each of you this year. Go Bronchos!!

Rick Moll
Hello! I am Mr. Moll and I love working at Bayless. I will be filling in for Ms. Vaninger the first semester and then starting second semester will be helping out in counseling at the junior high and high school.
I graduated from Covenant Seminary with a Masters in Counseling and then got additional training at Missouri Baptist University in the area of School Counseling. Prior to being a school counselor, I worked in mental health and private practice counseling. This is my 13th year with Bayless having worked 12 years at the elementary prior to coming over to the secondary side.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids as we love outdoor adventures and traveling around the world on school breaks. My other hobbies include endurance challenges, music, building things, raising chickens, and fostering puppies for the humane society.
