Welcome to Bayless Junior High! I am entering my 4th year as Principal of Bayless Junior High and 17th overall in education. I began my career as a high school mathematics teacher and basketball coach before transitioning to various administration roles over the last 9 years. I strive to create an environment where every student feels welcomed, valued and that they truly belong. I believe that students should feel heard, supported and encouraged as they develop as students and young adults.

Hello! My name is Aubrey Bauer, and I have been in education for the past 20 years, serving in a variety of roles throughout my career. I am passionate about building strong relationships with students and helping them discover their "why" so they can achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I look forward to partnering with the staff, students and families at Bayless Junior High and am excited for a wonderful school year together.
